Orders placed before 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York Time) will be processed the same business day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
After processing, orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather delays or carrier disruptions.

Total estimated delivery time is 4 to 9 business days (1-2 business days processing + 3-7 business days transit).

We strive to ensure timely deliveries, but external factors such as weather or carrier delays may occasionally impact shipping times.

Should you wish to cancel your order, it is essential to contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be permissible.

If your order arrives in a damaged condition or is incorrect, we kindly request that you provide us with photographs of the damaged or incorrect items to initiate the return and refund process.
