Condition: Items must be unused, in their original state, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns We Can’t Accept: We cannot accept returns for items that are damaged from misuse or general wear and tear.

Shipping: You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return
Email Us: Contact us at info@booksmer.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Wait for Instructions: We’ll email you with return instructions and the shipping address.
Ship It: Pack your item securely and send it to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account. You will be notified by email when your refund is processed.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us with your order number and exchange request. We’ll send you instructions for returning the original item. Once we receive it, we’ll ship out your new one.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us right away with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve it with a replacement or a full refund.
